YES. We do not add any additional sugar to the juice. As you know all natural juices have natural fructose which is a sugar.

Tahitian Noni International has an approved quality control system for the harvesting and the processing of the fruit. These guidelines include specific size and ripeness of the fruit used in TAHITIAN NONI® Juice and testing by analytical labs. Most pickers are local Tahitian people and go through a training program before going into the field. Training include information about noni fruit, leaves, plant and how to properly pick the fruit without compromising soil, water and air environment.

The puree is processed in Tahiti, sealed in chilled large containers, and shipped to American Fork Utah Manufacturing
Plant for bottling.
